Zune Boards - Tech. help

I have a HP TouchSmart tx2-1024ca Notebook PC and I have two partitions:

Partition One: 241GB // Windows Vista Home Premium (Soon to be Windows 7 Premium)
Partition Two: 19.5GB // Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7100

Before I wipe Partition Two, I want to have everything ready for the wireless driver installation in Linux (I was thinking about Ubuntu). I want to know what I need, where I can find my drivers and steps that I can follow so I don't have to spend hours last time I did this two years ago >_> Please do not refer me to pages such as Ubuntu.com note documents because I find them really annoying and not very detailed. Also note that my system is x64 based.

Well, I was going to buy a Wacom Bamboo pen and touch but windows vista home basic does not support the handwriting recognition feature. Does anyone know of a free software that I can use for handwriting recognition? I have already founf ritePen but it is 30 dollars.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Adding An Image to a Zuneboards Post

I'm trying to add an error message JPG to my post in the forums. I cut and past the Zune software error and have tried to upload it to Zuneboards. The file size is 20 KB. The JPG file size limitation for Zuneboards is supposed to be 122.1 KB. The file will not upload and the error message says it exceeds my quota. I can successfully upload a 1KB file.

What is the total attachment limit for Zuneboards? Is it under 20 KB? If so, how are users supposed to attach error message files to their post, so other users can see exactly what's going on? I've made the file as small as I can to maintain legibility.

Site is using Wordpress, and what I need to do is make the CSS compatibale between several major browsing engines... IE alias Trident, Gecko alias Mozilla, and Webkit alias Google/Safari.

So...any clues on how to make it compatible, and to keep the look of the website aligned on I.E. 8?

Don't worry about the slide shows... it is the alignment of the nav bar that I need help with.

Change bitrate?

Does anybody know how to lower the bitrate of an mp4 so the software recognizes it, but still keeps its quality? I've got some killer BD rips, but the zune software is being snooty about reading them.

Compress BAT files into an extractable exe?

Okay, so I'm customizing my desktop and whatnot, and I see that a program to remove the Safely Remove Hardware icon is actually an compressed exe containing an exe, bat, and reg.

Heres the site with the file:

When you download the hidesrhi.exe, right click it, and you will see that it has an option to extract the contents. im looking for a program that will let you compress files, along with alowing people to extract them. Would anyone know any possible ways to achieve this, and/or any programs?
