Seems to cheap to be real. Is this legit? Doesn't look like the docks I have seen. If it is real, is it compatible with the new HD's?

Okay here is the setup. I have an 08 lancer with the navigation/multimedia system. It has A/V input for Auxiliary video and/or audio. I picked up a Zune A/V dock (with remote) on clearance at Target for $12.48. I mounted the dock in front of my shift console and it looks pretty slick. If I disable the GPS, I can have the Zune display on the nav screen, which is awesome.

My idea was that I could connect the dock directly to the a/v input in my car, and power the unit by a cigarette lighter adapter that has a USB plug.

Problem is, that I get tons of vehicle noise/interference. I tried running the cables further from each other and it didn't help. Any ideas, suggestions?

Guys and gals, I didnt know where else to go with this question, so I went with an accessories question. I just got a Moto Q 9c today, and I found online that you are able to play DRM copyright Zune songs from the Zune pass on the Q's Windows Media Player. It is running Windows Mobile 6.1, and Windows Media Player 10. I have had no luck whatsoever so far. It tells me to download the usage liscense, which is no big deal on the computer cuz you just sign in with the Zune software and let it update your pass subscription endpoint. But, I cant install the Zune software on my phone to do so. Any help at all would be appreciated, as this has me frustrated to tears almost. Even if you know it cant be done, please tell me so I quit trying.
Thanks very much.
