This morning Marvel Studios announced four new films slated for 2010 and 2011, including two Avengers-related movies!
With Iron man's cinematic debut currently blasting through box offices throughout the country, fans can expect a second film to hit theaters on April 30, 2010! And a few months later in July, the mighty Thor himself will wield his enchanted hammer across the big screen courtesy of director Matthew Vaughn!
Pumped yet? You should be—and you haven't heard the best part! The summer of 2011 will kick off in style with a Captain America movie, followed just two short months later with the July-debuting Avengers!

I used to be a huge Marvel comic book nerd when I was a kid. I was more into X-Men and Wolverine than anything else. My brother was a huge Spider-Man nerd. After I found Spawn and Image comics I had a hard time getting back into the Marvel universe. It just seemed too tame. I would really like to see someone make a new, better Spawn movie. The original was crap.
I do have to say that I am super stoked about the Iron Man movie and have been since I first saw the previews. I hope it lives up to the hype.

And it would be awesome to see teenage sexual angst between Wheeler and that Russian chick-Linka (I got that from wikipedia and I am proud of myself) on a Captain Planet movie too.
Those would totally be worth buying.
the captin america movie might take place during world war 2 then he gets frozen and found by the avengers at the end or the begining of avengers movie.
They did the Silver Surfer wrong in that Fantastic Four movie. They made him to weak. He's one of the strongest characters in the comics. He beat up the Hulk. Can he get some respect?
