If their was a poll...I'd choose South Park. Just because Family Guy isn't that funny to me anymore and South Park has more dumb stupid funny which is what I like. And I chose Family Guy over South Park cause Seth McFarland is better drawing than those two desperate asses who created South Park. They should both seriously commit suicide as well as that whole show.
And besides Robot Chicken>Family Guy>Doodlebops>South Park.

south park is more for the mature crowd family guy is for the kids and teenagers...I grew up with south park and the show seems to grow up gradually since it started family guy has really dumbed down over the years.

This is seriously a tough question- I'm a huge fan of both and consider them my favorite shows (along with The Soup). But I would have to say that South Park has the slight edge over Family Guy with me... Because without SP, this song would have never been created:

AND.
Family Guy is funny, I'll give it that, I watch it just about everyday. But it's really predictable, and it just has the same jokes.
South Park is hilarious, they say whatever they can think of. Family Guy is just the same jokes over and over again. It's funny, but South Park is way funnier.
South Park just makes fun of what is currently going on in the world which makes it even funnier.

Family Guy simply because I LOVE the show. Plus, I can't sit through an entire episode of South Park. The one episode I tried to watch wasn't that funny, plus it looks like a third grader made it. But I'm sure there must be something to it if it has such a large fanbase. It's just not my kind of cartoon.
