Do you want a tutorial on how to make levels? If so, I suppose I could make one.

no, wat i meant was for you to have the source for us to download, and have a zip file that has the new levels and a word document showing us where to put those level files at. now do you know wat i mean

Yes. In the source, just add the TXT files into the Low Quality Content folder/Levels. Start up the program. The they should show up. Under the Properties windows, change the properties for your new levels. Change the Build Action from Compile to none and then change the properties to copy if newer.
