Bundle of Games working w/ the old Zunes.

[Bolt]

While Bolt is gone, I (Dilpickle1) will be taking care of this package. I have uploaded the core package to megaupload, so that download link works. I will work on more mirrors and the full package.

It can be annoying to download all of the games individually and deploy them to your Zune, so I decided to bundle them together into one convenient download.


To determine which flavor you need:

Download FULL if you haven't deployed games before (and therefore don't have the necessary software)
Download CORE if you've deployed games before (only use the alternate link if the main one doesn't work)

Once you've got the bundle you need downloaded, check out the instructions for info on exactly how to make your games do more than just sit around on your computer.

In order to extract the bundle, you'll need archive software that supports .rar files. 7-zip and WinRAR are recommended for this; WinRAR will display nag screens, while 7-zip won't.

If you want to make your own game based off of any of the games below, don't download this bundle. You need the source code, which can be obtained directly from the game thread (if available).

Also, feel free to let me know if you think anything is miscategorized or if I'm missing something after a day or two. I'll add it in ASAP after that.

so how much memory does it take up?

Also do you just install it like a regular game?

The biggest one (with the programs included) is 245 MB. Without the programs it's 134 MB.

They're all .ccgames, which are easier to use than source. After you install the games you want, you can delete the whole thing.

It has all of the apps, and all of the games. I plan to keep updating it, and I'll make a list of all of the games and apps in it soon. I just don't have time now :\

everytime I deploy a game (not just from these links but from others too) it deploys fine says its done then i unplug it restarts i go to the games menu when i open the new game it shuts my zune down any answers or ways to fix this problem i'm using xna 3.0 and firmware 3.1 on my zune its a brand new (just got it on christmas) 120 gig

try updating your xna program again to final

nevermind I figured it out my xna framework files on my zune its self were corrupt i just had to reset them its working great now

now i have a question how do i get RAR files to work?

you should be able to just right-click and press the extract here button if thats not there then try downloading a program like WinRAR but windows has an extractor on it i think

yeah i tried extracting but it didnt give me the option to. ill look for winRAR
