I think that "3.1 Zune Games" would be a better title because it's shorter.

ok so what your saying is that any1 with a 3.20 can't use this download? i think i'm having the same problem as evry1 else where the FULL version link says its dead and it brings me nowhere. just want to clearify this for me cuzit seems confusing. tnx!

I think it works with 3.20, though I havn't had a Zune for months

They won't work on the Zune HD though, at least not without modifications.
