Do the zunes have to be on separate accounts?
I tried to play a network game but it won't let me log both zunes on it wants to use my account name and both zunes even though they each have their own name are both under the same account.
That was not a limitation i imposed. what kind of "account" are we talking about? I have several zunes [so i can test networking] however they all have unique names and none of them are attached to any kind of zunepass or otherwise account?
To test this what kind of "account" do i need to attach them to?
yes they are both associated with the same zune.net account. It's the name of my social page that shows up. I checked the microsoft game checkers and they both show up as my account name but I pick one of the zunes to be the host and the other one joins the game. I hope this helps.
Could you delete Name on both devices, and then re-deploy it to both. I think it might be that you don't have 2 identical versions trying to play echother.
I have created a Zune.net account and synced it to 2 devices and was able to play.
If anyone else has information on how to re-create this bug that would be greatly appreciated.
It worked thanks alot, yesterday I started them at the same time and the number of players stayed at one. After I reloaded them I did the same thing and it still showed one player so I logged one off and and logged it back on again and it worked. I think I just made a mistake by trying to log them both at the same time. Sorry for the trouble but it was just me. It works very well by the way, thanks for the game it's great having network games.
Edit: Not that it makes any difference with your game, but I've noticed that my flash zune loads much faster than the hard drive on all the games. Are flash drives just faster are is it because I have almost three times more material on the hard drive, just curious.
i think this game would be sweet if it had new weapons, bases, vehicles, and the ability to not be on two/three man teams. I wanna fight 3 bots against me. Did i mention i absolutely love this game?!
I think #5 (the camera bug) is what irks me the most. One question, though: could you include Options in the menu so you can disable touch? It gets rather tricky to shoot sometimes- it's nearly impossible to stay in the same place while pressing center to take out your cannon.
Yeah, I know I'm reviving a 5 month old game, but this is just too good to be trash.

I really like this game, but the new update seems to be the same thing to me. The main thing that would really make this game better than all the other zune games would be deformable terrain, because a worms style game is nothing without it. Still great game that is definately in my top 5 zune games.
