If you like the game in the current form wait until I'm completed with the game. It will be something like:

Main Menu:
Classic Sonic- (Goes straight to the gameplay screen)
Capture the Flag- Local Match/Create Net Session/Find Net Session
Options- Single Player/Capture the Flag
Exit

So to clarify Classic Sonic will be like the game that everyone used to play, Capture the Flag will be broken up into Local and Network, and finally the options screen will have Single Player settings and then Multiplayer Settings. I can't give a timeframe for the Classic Sonic release but Capture the Flag will be completed by the middle of next week. By completed I mean the Local and Network CTF. There will be an option for how many AI opponents the player would like in the local CTF.

I don't like to double post but I can't edit the beginning of the thread and I wanted everyone to know there is a new build on codeplex. This build has some extremely simple AI but it's a starting point and I wanted everyone to give feedback on how the AI could be improved. (I'm expecting alot of feedback because this is the first AI code I have ever written) The local match under the CTF page contains the AI and it is important to note that there is not a round limit just yet so just quit out through the menu when you are ready to leave. Thanks.

i just wanted to say about the game:
@Twanks when playing single player, when it is the AI's turn to get the emerald, if you stand on top of it, the computer can't touch the jewel. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but it looks very weird and i think it should be fixed.

P.S. I would love to be a beta tester to any1 who needs some1 to test their games. I can't give you advanced programming help but if i play the games i could see where there is work needed.

1 player isnt included in this one. its just multiplayer wifi right now. 1 player will be released in the next release. were just touching up single player right now..

when you download, go into the folder and open the SonicCTF folder inside the first SonicCTF folder.
then open the project file.

and deploy..

however on codeplex it says,

-Only multiplayer is implemented right now
-Single player is planned for a future release

has this change but you forgot to update the news?
