My zune would restart when I get to the menu.
No idea why. (it is updated for 3.0 Beta, correct?)

Yes, it's for the 3.0 Beta. I don't know what the problem is. Trying having your Zune plugged into your computer, but instead of deploying the game hit F5. This will run it in debug mode. If you can replicate the error, please post any error messages you get.

The build failed.
I tried it normally, Fail. Then I tried it pressing F5, Fail. It gives me the error: Description: Unsupported type. Cannot find a ContentTypeWriter implementation for SkinfoWriter.Skinfo. File: h:\ZuneGames\Zune Minesweeper\Minesweeper\Content\Classic\skinfo.xml Project: Minesweeper

Uhh, that's really weird. No one else has mentioned having a problem with this. Are you opening the solution file (Minesweeper.sln) and not the project file (Minesweeper.csproj)? If that's not the problem... I dunno. Try redownloading it or deploying it from a different location. I hope some of those things work.

I will retry it again today with a some of those things and I will let you know how it goes. EDIT: FINALLY!!! I haven't actually tested the game yet, but I did get the "Deploy succeeded" confirmation in the bottom left. All I did was move the files to a new folder in C:, instead of having them in a folder in My Documents. I have no idea why this was a problem, but it worked! EDIT: Tested game, works flawlessly!

Just got finished with version 3.1. It's not much in the way of earth-shattering new features. I added the "Gray" skin by B. J. Miller (originally posted here) and added provisional touch support. The touch support can be difficult to control, so any feedback you can offer would be great. You can download it here.
Please note that only those with the final version of the XNA 3.0 Game Studio will be able to install v3.1.

Yea I turned off the touch on mine because it kept restarting the field, by clicking the smiley, and was getting annoying. If a sensitivity adjustment could be added for it or, a feature like on the regular Zune menu that stops the cursor from going to the next wall unless you click, so that you can’t go off the edge to the other side. Just my input, love the game though, very addicting!
