Version 2.2 was just released. It addresses some feature requests that have been brought up. Also, I added a bit of touch support. All is well on my Zune 80, but for all I know Zune 30s could be exploding everywhere. I think everything should work, though. The new version can be downloaded here. Please post any bugs/requests/concerns here, and I'll do all I can to vanquish/satisfy/appease them.

This new feature has been added. It's used by clicking with your tile click button (the center, by default). Hope it is to your satisfaction. I have grown quite fond of it, too.

This will happen no more! I use the same method Windows XP Minesweeper uses. If you are curious:

Just PM ZuneNerd or LedZepp and tell them what you want the new title to be.

I found a bug with this game. If you play a game, then either beat it or lose, you have restart the zune, then start the game all over again to play a new puzzle. Otherwise you can't move the cursor thing around. I have a 30gb zune, does that have something to do with it?

thanks, i just figured out that i was trying to start a new game, but pressing the center button did it. but i also wanted to know how to play music, the button is there but i cant select it!

Yeah, that's because I haven't added music support yet. I need to finish that... but it'll probably be a while, seeing as my computer just kicked the bucket...

Minesweeper's been upgraded to work with the Zune 3.0 firmware! It also now has music support thanks to the Zune guide.

You can check out the changes and download it here.

Also, I wanted to add touch controls to this version, but I couldn't get them to work in a satisfactory way. Does anyone have any ideas on how they could work best?

Awesome job! It's great to have minesweeper back

A while back someone made a version of jewels with touch and it worked really well. You tap to go from jewel to jewel it's to bad that it doesn't work on version 3.0. It's still in the jewels thread on page 2 and the link still works but I don't have a clue about how he or she did it or how to update it to beta. I think that it would work really well on minesweeper.

I hope this helps some.
