Description: I basically took the Alien Game from XNA and made it look less, idk, childish. I changed the tank, the backgrounds, sun, moon, clouds, etc. I am currently trying to find different enemy planes/ships/jets whatever. When i find some that I like, I will put them in the next version.

I updated the enemy sprites, theres a new sun, clouds, explosions, new sounds, new fonts( included in the latest download) and there is two different downloads, the first link > here < is to download the new features and a new menu background. the second link > here < is to download the new features and keep the old background.
its basically the same just looks better than the other i guess. i dont really know programming and stuff so i wouldnt begin to even know how to make like upgrades and stuff for it, sadly. if anyone would like to help with stuff like that that'd be cool.
he never claimed the game as his for those of you who are complaining about that, he listed xna as the creator and himself as improving the look now quit flaming him.

Maybe the guy who made the game never wanted the graphics changed? It's the same thing with the guy who changed the graphics on Galactic Wars 3, when you randomly screw with someone elses creation without even asking them, it's not something you should release to the public. If your doing it to learn, wonderful, but keep it to yourself maybe?
I agree with DinoGames. Welcome back by the way. The creator probably wouldn't mind, but its not nice to make it without asking. If you cannot contact the person, I wouldn't make it. Or at least give him credit for it.

I like both the original and the latter improved version, but is there a way that it can be made to not shoot whenever you move? Makes it kinda annoying, imo.
Alien Game is a complete XNA Game Studio sample game designed to run on Zune. The project comes ready to compile and run. It's easy to customize with a little bit of C# programming. You are free to use the source code as the basis for your own XNA Game Studio game projects, and to share your work with others.
I like it, but can you do something so that I can have both versions on my Zune? This one overwrote my other one. I edited the Alien Game too. I added sounds from Banjo-Kazooie instead of the standard sounds. It made me laugh! And I want both. What can be done?
