The normal download now works with the Zune 3.0 firmware. Enjoy.
The bulk of the source code of this game is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3. The menu and screen manager source code are licensed under the Microsoft Public License (MS-PL). Game Name: Zune Solitaire Creator: Netrix Version: v2.6 Final Description: As the name indicates, it is Solitaire for the Zune. This is my first XNA game. Instructions: Download Normal version (Works with the Zune 3.0 firmware): ZuneSolitairev2.6Final.zip Download RIG version (Does not work with Zune 3.0 firmware): ZuneSolitaire.exe RIG allows you to deploy without using Visual C# and XNA. You must already have deployed a game to your Zune in order to use RIG. Readme file: Readme.txt Screenshots: ![]() ![]() Here's a summary of what v2.6 Final includes: - Standard Solitaire rules - Improved song selection (sort by Artist, Album, Genre, Playlist, Song Name, or Random) - Quick song adjustment: (When using fixed movement, hold center button to play/pause, left for previous song, right for next song, up to increase volume, down to decrease volume) - Double-click the center button to send the card under the cursor to the foundations - Back button sends the cursor to the main deck. If the cursor is over the deal deck, it tries to send all visible cards to the foundations - Options are remembered - Many background color choices (New style as well) - Draw one or three cards at a time - Choice of fixed or free movement - Sound - Score (Standard and Vegas) - Timer - Efficient drawing to lessen battery consumption. - Less lag than before. - Fixed crashing when winning with sound on. - Fixed a problem with choosing music. Bugs: - None. Improvements to come: -Option to shuffle music according to category as opposed to only being able to shuffle all music. -Win/lose statistics. -Fixing any current bugs/glitches that arise. These may be done in a week, a month, or more. Don't ask how long it will take. If you have a problem, post what it is, and if it's simple, I will fix it quickly, otherwise I will fix it whenever I have time to do so. Last edited by Netrix; 01-01-2009 at 01:03 AM.. Yeah, sorry. I'll get it fixed shortly.
*Should be fixed now. I had to get rid of it working on Windows, but I'll get that put in shortly. Just try it on the Zune for now.* Last edited by Netrix; 06-07-2008 at 11:33 PM.. ![]() |

Dude. DUDE. Your awesome. Seriously. Solitare is the 2nd best timewaster next to Minesweeper on Windows. I got so good at this in high school during computer class. Do you think you could add in the option to change the colour of the background? Or atleast....change it to green.

Nice game! I played it 3 times.
Now there 1 big problem. I solve the game, have all card blank and try to put them on the 4 stacks on top. But one card is missing, suit 8 so i can't compleet. How is this possible, programming error?I have also 2 recomendations for playability: 1. moving cursus on right card is sometime hard. especialy on card which are almost hidden. Maybe its an option to increase speed slowly if you hold one movement key. So you can position more precise. Now its difficult to move with little steps. 2. If you can move a card to the 4 stocks on top maybe this can be done automaticaly by dubble click the card or to push the play/pause button. Thanks man! Keep up the good work. This day is revolutionary. Solitaire for zune lol. Suggestions, What digitalman said, and maybe make the font a little more readable. Maybe exagerrate the numbers/letters on the cards, so you can see which is which. And maybe instead of doing a free hand moving around, have the hand go to each card with each click. Then precision would not be a prblem... Great Game!!!
