I haven't updated the SIR TET source code to load properly in the new XNA GS beta; however, if anyone else wants to do it themselves the code is available on the Downloads tab of the SIR TET website. RIG does not currently operate with the new Zune software; I am currently working to resolve the new issues.

Hopefully soon truck. SIRTET is my favorite Zune game and I was sad when I found out that it didn't work after I updated to 3.0.

I started working on this last night. There's an issue with the blockscheme loader that causes it to crash about halfway through loading. Also the beta loads game assets at a speed that makes the CTP seem fast. :/

Hopefully I'll have something ready to go in the near future.

SIR TET is a great game and I was truly missing it.

I wasn't able to convert SIR TET 0.4.5 , but I was able to convert version 0.3.1.

So, until itsnotabigtruck releases an official version, check out SIR TET 0.3.1 MSBM mod!

I reskinned SIR TET 0.3.1 to make it appear almost, somewhat, just like SIR TET 0.4.5.

Obviously, the skin chooser and change music while paused abilities are missing as they were not present in this (0.3.1) version of SIR TET.

SIR TET 0.3.1 MSBM mod is fully compatible with the 3.0 Zune software update.

I just gave it a whirl and got the following error in Visual C# Express:

"The font family "Segoe UI" could not be found. Please ensure the requested font is installed, and is a TrueType or OpenType font."

Any recommendations?

Look around the internet for the font Segoe UI. When you find it, place it in your fonts folder (I'm sure you know where that is, so I'll not baby you).

  • Make sure you are deploying the sirtet project not the fontinst project

I'm using Beta, I do have the 3.0 firmware, to the best of my memory I deployed the Sirtet project......I'll try to download it again.

It's a strange error that I did not receive before I made the Font adjustment.

I'm going to update this to version 4ter tonight, with the improvements including beta support, another blockscheme, and some minor tweaks (like the music menu displaying minutes:seconds for songs, not hours:minutes).
