We just have to wait for the Tread creator to upload it to another site.
Here are some File Sharing sites I would recommend:
Wikisend.com
Plunder.com
Woofiles.com
Or, if you plan on continuing this project I would make a website for it at: http://www.110mb.com/
That way we could just bookmark the site and visit it every now and then to see if there are updates. =D
It won't load onto my Zune for some reason. When I launch the application (which is called clock by the way, you might want to change that), it freezes at the loading screen then I have to restart my Zune.

I wrote the code in <10 minutes, did minimal debugging, it needs a lot of work before it can be fully functional and bug free, I just threw it together because someone had mentioned it in the ZB Shoutbox earlier that day. I will update it with better code and more functionality later, if it crashes, I'm sorry. the first post in this thread (my descriptions) say that it is in an alpha state, I took the old zclock code which borrowed from another game, and I quickly ripped out the clock code, and threw in motion code and whatnot.. I didn't even give myself enough time to entirely debug it. It never crashed my zune so I figured it wouldn't be dangerous code, besides C# / XNA 3.0 being managed code.. I'm sorry if there are complications in it, but if you want it so badly just wait till I release a new update for it.. This is more of a joke than a real project in my opinion, if you guys like it a lot, I may focus more efforts on it.. I had very little time to implement my (Superaison's) idea, and barely had the time to post this thread. I will update the link soon, and possibly change the font requirements (if any) to something I'm sure every windows computer has. I'll probably also change the game's name to fit, but as I said before, it was just thrown together in a matter of minutes with barely any time put into debugging and testing, I released it when I saw that it worked *at all*. I wasn't able to do the further work because my mother needed to use the computer and she was starting to freak out about my being on the computer so long that day.

I for one firmly belive you should continue on this project. And if you know enough C#, I think making a MS Paint program would be very popular. =D
ESPECIALLY if you could save!
Yes, I WAS clueles to the posts until just recently, I do sleep, I do wake up, and from time to time I'm not on the computer. Writing code for zb isn't my job that pays the bills, so be patient.. I appreciate the interest in this project, but I haven't been on since last night when I posted the thread in thee first place.
There are times when I am not even able to be near or on a computer, and you'll just have to deal with that, I'm sorry.

Thank you, ShotgunSnipist. I didn't have much time to work on the concept last night, and have just recently gotten back on *A* computer moments ago. I'm responding to everything and Writing something else as we speak, but until everything is done, I'll probably not post anything new.. I'm getting better with C# every time I use it, I only started learning C# and XNA in early May, 2008. The fact that I got as far as I have, while being busy in my own personal life as well as not always having access to a computer says something.. (at least I'd like to think so) I appreciate the positive feedback, but when people say stuff like "is Umisguy clueless to these posts?", I don't feel it as very positive. I threw the code together last night just before going to bed, everyone who likes the idea is lucky I posted a thread about it before going to sleep. I will do my best to get an update to the code soon.. But I've been unable to be on a computer until about 35 minutes ago. I'm not angry or upset or anything like that, just those of you who are antsy about a response, hold your horses, and be patient, I am 25 and have my own life to live, and I will get to what you have to say when I can. I check almost every thread I post in at least twice a day when I can.
Here is a link to the install file. I had it saved so I uploaded it
There is a bug when you load the game. My Zune flickers at the load screen. If you just click the play/pause button then start moving the touch pad to the left and right it will load the game.
Screenshots
This game is basically that etch-a-sketch toy. It could use some enhancements like allowing you to pick your pen up and then putting it down again. Right now if you click the middle button the screen clears.
Thanks for giving the support you have, I've added the information to the top of the thread, for everyone's convenience.

x2. 10 minutes and you code is functional on the Zune. go for it.

would it make a picture if you covered the whole screen?
yes, its using a full zune resolution size sprite for the drawing code. Eventually I may make a custom background image for the sprite for the 'etch a sketch' to draw with.

I actually suggested MS paint to him last night, I thought it was a good idea too.

Yeah a paint program would be great. My friend has RockBox on his sansa and it has A paint program, Helicopter, and Doom. I think if RockBox has them Zune should as well. : p
because that's the project I opened to quickly build the code for this game, I haven't yet changed the game name because I only just made the code and posted a link last night, I'll get to it soon, and will change the name when I release a newer version.
And its no problem for what you were sorry about, Thanks for saying you were sorry. I'll post a new version when I have the time.

in some later release I may alter the code to include paint application features, but as of right now, doing that feels as if it's beyond me. I'm working on other things at the moment, and to add something like that will take time and much effort. Time is something I have little of.
