I got to Level 13. You are on the right track. A suggestion is to try to either (like you correctly said) line the lights up as a T- Shape on the walland then press the Portion that is in between to turn the T off. I also discovered that once you get 3 - 4 lights on the top of the screen lined up in a row, you can easily win. Always try to have the lights either in a corner or at the top of the screen.

I also discovered the glitch but it adds and interesting element to gameplay. please add a "Save" feature, but no instructions, at least for me, I like to figure out the workings of the game on my own.
