jacksonebueno must be ****ing retarded
i've tested this version of pong, i don't think i'll be really intersted until their are new elements to make the ball movement less linear and just new features in general that make it a bit different from plain old pong

Man.. Idk whats going on. My friend came over with his zune, and we all excited to test this.. and for some reason his 4 gig just can't connect to my 30 gig through this game. both tried hosting, and both times the other zune gets the list of error messages then we have to reboot. Could it be that we were using different themes!?

It is possible that thats the problem. i haven't tried it with two different themes. The wireless is turned on on both Zunes, right? Also, you could try it with 1 Zune in the computer and read the error that it throws through XNA.

And does your 8 gig connect to his 4 gig? I saw your sig says you own an 8 gig as well.

My 8 gig is in repair, so i can't really test that. The wireless was turned on, but I didn't try with one plugged in, so maybe I'll try that next time he's over. I'll also change the themes 2 the same one, just incase.

Version 0.8 is up!
– AI Improvements: If you’re killing the computer it gets harder to beat. Likewise, if its killing you it becomes easier to beat
– Random ball starts so that you dont get in that endless cycle against the computer
– Added sounds!
– Improved ball mechanics. Most noticeably, the ball speeds up.

Known Bugs
– If the ball rides the paddle sometimes it will throw an error
– If the computer is losing badly for a long time it sometimes drifts off the screen for some odd reason

When I tried to deploy I got 16 errors:
Error 1 The best overloaded method match
Error 2 Argument '2': cannot convert from 'double' to 'float'
Error 3 The best overloaded method match

Error 5 The best overloaded method match
Error 6 Argument '2': cannot convert from 'double' to 'float'
Error 7 The best overloaded method match

multiplayer works well other than some paddle bugs(though we played an earlier version apperently), me and saline had a good time playing it

The paddle bugs needs a lot of work.
- Touch support interferes with tactile control
- Ball bounces badly from the paddles
- the computer is killing me 'cause of the bugs and the control scheme.

Needs a lot of work on the usability front. anyway, fine game.

- Tactile controls only work on the Zune 30s. If you have a 2nd gen, then tactile is unused

- Im not sure what you mean by "badly." Are you referring to the bug where the ball rides the paddle?

I cant work this game with touch support. it is way hard the computer beats me 20 - 2 or something.

yeah....that bug.

I think you should put the usability and bug control as top priority in your game before trying to finish multiplayer. Just my humble opinion.

Since single and multiplayer use almost all the same methods they normally fix each other, but yeah I see where you're coming from. Ill take it into consideration. Maybe I should have a touch vs tactile option.

when i click on the .sln it says that its been removed, renamed, or not on my computer. i tried reinstalling but it keeps saying the same thing.

did you opened the file and extracted it ?
You need a compression utility for extracting the game, then open the solution files (sln) from the extraction folder into C#
