so version .4 works for multiplayer , not .5?

0.4 is confirmed multiplayer. I added a little functionality in 0.5 but I dont have a friend's Zune today, so its untested.

I tested it with my 30 gig and 8 gig, but when I hosted/joined, they both went black after finding one another and then switched to "XNA game studios, connected" or w/e...

This is .4 or .5?
.4 should work fine with a 30 and an 8. I just tried it out this morning. Ill fix .5 tomorrow at school if thats the problem.

It was .4, but then again my zune 8 is kinda messed up right now. Also, you said "Its still pretty buggy and the onscreen instructions lie. Here how to make it work:
Load up the game
On host: Click play, then back
On Client: Click play, then the ZunePad"

But Back just took me back to the menu, so I used play, would that have any affect on it?

I just ran .4 on my zune 30 and zune 8 together and it connected fine i even played a few game with my sister. Dont know about .5 though srry

Yeah. I fixed that bug :P
Follow the onscreen instructions it should work fine with .4
The only thing is that I think the controls for the 30 are a bit messed up. if they are let me know whats wrong with them so I can fix it.

So your problem is that when you join or host a game, it just quits and goes back to the "waiting for computer" screen?

so when i tried to play mutiplayer with the zune 30 to 8 when the 30 tried to connect to the 8 it went black and then returned to the menu of the zune what is up

Hm... Did you guys get the "session started" and "looking for session" message on the screen before it went black?

I did, it said like it found my zune or w/e, then it went black.

I just downloaded version .4 and it's great, though the paddle can get stuck at the bottom. Not sure if you already fixed it though

thank you for making a working 2 player game! too bad only a few friends of mine have zunes, and they don't know anything about the ctp

Ah, yes. That is the bug that I encountered this morning with my friend's 30. If someone can fix it that'd be great. If not Im going to try and get a hold of him again tomorrow morning and see if I can get that fixed.

Does this new version have the glitch fixed where you get like trapped on the sides? where you can't move back again?
