Default [CTP, Beta] Pong [Multiplayer]

Due to popular demand, I bring you: PONG!!!!

you control the bottom paddle, I made it use acceleration to make it a little more interesting. It keeps score and plays random music in the background(I'll look into seeing if theres a way so if you're already playing music it won't stop it) and tells you at the bottom what song is playing, it also contains album art and now works smoothly. You can press up and down to change the volume (up for volume up, down for volume down, obviously). There is now also menu that allows you to choose to play, quit, or choose difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the faster the ball increases speed. Also, pressing back while in the game will bring you back to the menu. It will countdown to 0 before the ball goes. Also, it now has visualizations and you can choose to have the touchpad on or off. You can alo choose a playlist or artist to play from and can also choose whether or not you want to shuffle through the Music menu option.

There is now multiplayer as well though it is completely untested. So let me know how it works!

Update(5/15/2008 4:00PM)-I added a little context menu that comes up when you click to pause the game that has the ability to pause the music, set shuffle on or off and choose a different playlist or artist to play. I think it looks pretty spiffy, let me know what you think. Press the back button to return to normal gameplay.

Saving now...

EDIT
Ok, so here's what it's missing in my opinion. The ball moves much too slowly. Also, a pause would help. A scoreboard would also help. And finally, the paddles move awkwardly. They shouldn't keep moving after you've stopped clicking.

But it's a start, and a good one if you ask me.

so the paddle you control is very hard, it drifts. Second the paddle exts the screen at the top. And finally can you add touch?

Alright, that should make you somewhat happy dustingrey. I don't think I'm gonna change the way the paddle moves. The acceleration makes it more fun(read: difficult) I think. Maybe eventually I'll let the user change it but get less points or something.

if ti reboots the zune when you quit its meant to do that as the XNA forces a shutdown to ensure all memory is freed.

Awesome game. It would defintely be more awesomer if you can release a version in which the bottom panel is solely moved by user input. I hate how it keeps moving right now. Its annoying. Also, can make it so that, the users playlist which he/she was playing before the game keeps playing(the random song thingi doesnt work that well, the wrong plays at the wrong time).

Awesome game again, this and your version of tetris are my fave games so far

Must not be supported with z80 because the sound/music works fine on my z30.

The game froze up and restarted in the middle of the game. Plus... making a start option would help. Whenever I lose getting -1 added to my score the ball automatically starts going. I need some time to get there.
