When you're Zune is plugged in and ready to deploy, hit F5. This activates debug and it will deploy immediately after.
EDIT:
My controls are messed up. The center button is drop down and there is no rotate? And also the pause/play button isn't working. I'm running it on a Zune30, is this the problem? And if so how can it be helped?

you play music before starting the game. You can also listen to the radio while playing the game.

when u hold left button down, it goes all the way left, same cant be said for right button, or down button for that fact.

Just to clarify, as far as I know, Benjamin Nitschke (and not the OP) made the game.
As a side and more general note, please remember to give credit where credit is due, especially since we (the guys pushing out source code) aren't asking you to pay for an executable which you can't modify.
