back a while ago, a person by the name of nullsoldier was working on a game called zMonsters, but like other old artists, he faded off into nowhere. i have found his code and have decided to update the game to xna 3.0 for anyone willing to try to continue it. http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/dev...roduction.html
It was originally closed source? Did you get his permission?
unfortunately i wasnt able to, if i remember correctly i heard he died.
*bows his head in a moment of silence*
but even with all due respect to him, we still should be able to continue life even tho he died. people work on Edgar allen poes work, even tho he died.
EDIT. ok wtfs with the head fail thing??? i find it funny how people get offended by a picture of bart mooning, yet you go insult people when theyre showing respect for the dead...

Like most unifinished works by dead artists you don't go and work on them, Beethoven's unfinished last symphony was left unfinished out of respect. I find this insensitive.

i dont agree with that
it really does matter on what the unfinished project/pieace of work is
i think he would be really happy if someone went on to finish his work and see it his idea through until the end

I can see what you mean to an extent. but if you remember, beethoven was an angry man and would have came back and haunted anyone. lol just kidding. but people can always go back and finish items from the dead, and always use it as a tribute to the person. people are doing tributes to pantera, although their guitarist was killed. they do tributes in respect.
