There are many sites around. Search learn C# or something like that. There are also some good books out there that you might be able to find at your local library. These are the two I have
Yup. The top (smaller) book just came out this year already. I got a pre-release version (I think) from my uncle. He says he could make Spider Solitaire in 2 days, but doesn't want to and wants me to learn >.<

Microsoft. Gives you a great tutorial for starting XNA games. This looks promising but i would like to see actual coding completed because as of right now it all looks graphics based, nothing coded in at all.
The PokeCommunity is quite innovative and they have ported their game over many platforms and many systems. Hell they even have a working MMO but sadly they never finish. The mechanics and proof of concept gets done but the ambitious projects never finish ...
To this day I still mourn the loss of MoeMon, Rocket's Revenge, & The Pokemon RPG...
Best of luck you got a huge swell of PokeFanatics cheering for you!
I can probably help you with some of the music, algorithms, and coding. (I'm switching from Java to C# and XNA right now, so I'll be learning pretty quickly I hope.)
