Alright, I need some help deciding on the controls.
There's going to be three modes. Scrolling, selecting, buying.
If you're in scroll mode, the camera scrolls in the direction your touching. If you're in selecting, you have a cursor that you move around the screen with the d-pad. And in buy you scroll to the item you're selecting using the d-pad.
Now I was planning on if you tap back it switches between scrolling and selecting(the two most often used) and if you hold back, it goes to the buy menu. The play button either purchases from the buy menu, or 'clicks' the cursor, depending on the mode.
Now, would you rather have the function of the play button and the back button switched, or leave it as planned?
That was my main concern, but you don't hold it for too long.
Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still around and working on this. "zuneifying" this project was harder than I expected, and school got in the way somewhat, but I'm back on track now.
I am interested in those. Did you make them yourself? The 3rd and 4th one is too small to see though.

I'm thinking about making this project open-source. What this basically means is I'm going to release the source and take a step back from it all. It's just too big of a project for me, and I'm hating the feeling of being restricted to this. A good deal of the core has actually been done and it's focusing on a little more detail parts that are bothering me.
The big things to be done/problems to be fixed are:
Attacking code needs to be fixed. Fairly ok but it causes the AI to 'shake' rapidly.
Next, AI has a problem of wanting to be in the same spot at the same time. The code I have tells them to go one position the right of the person if they're on top of someone, but they still want to get on top of that person (bow chicka bow wow)
Pathfinding is the next big one, followed by Animation. The little things to be done is like adding the buildings, right now all you can make is a small farm. I wanted to add Farm, Large Farm, and Plantation. Things like this would be very simple to do.
I don't intend to leave the project, just remove it from my main priorities. Are there any developers that would look/work on this project?

So true. :/ The problem is that it's kinda hard to draw a line between spam like that and legitimate posts.
