Visual Studio error help

Hey,

I haven't been able to get any games onto my zune thanks to an annoying error in Visual Studio 2008.

I followed all the instructions, downloaded the game studio beta etc

When I try to open a .sln file though, I get this error message:

"C:\blahblah ... \AlienGameZune.csproj' cannot be opened becuase its project type is not supported by this version of the application.

To open it, please use a version that supports this type of project."

I re-installed Visual Studio, but still getting the error.

Anyone got an idea as to why?

Your versions of everything don't match up. You followed the instructions from here? Also, the version of Alien Game is for the beta, not a previous version? The 3.0 CTP shouldn't give you that error, but anything earlier probably will.

Sounds like maybe you installed the XNA CTP rather than the XNA Beta.

The CTP won't give you that error.
