Exclamation .Rom to Zune Format

I was thinking maybe on working on a converter that converts nesroms to zune game format, but I'm not that great with converters.

But if I got it to work it would be awsome....

I'll keep you posted on my progress.

I am pretty sure the Zune doesn't have enough controls to simulate NES.

It's got:
UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, PLAY/PAUSE

um, good luck.

You'll need it...

edit: @greg: yeah it does, it has a DPad + 3 buttons. That's one short of the NES if I recall, and that extra NES button was useless.

well, back kinda, u cant hold it for too long.

NES had d-pad, with and and b, so does zune, select doesn';t do anything, and start can be back for a tap.

easy!

o, wait.;..can you say Frames Per Second?

I had a descent config before 3.0 for the Sharpnes... U,D,L,R, A, B/start...i forgot...i'll look later...but I was trying to get the select button to work...apparently you can use the 7 buttons... i'd like to get a holding going...hold A you get start, hold b you get, pressing back takes you to rom save/selection INSIDE the prog, pressing and holding exits the prog.

I can see it but i can't type it...damn.

Ditto. "Zune format" would be C#/XNA. To convert a .nes file to that would be...

Well, I just severely doubt you're going to make any breakthoughs at all.

I am currently working on the SharpNES emulator for zune, but came across this error:

Error 1 Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: runtimeToken 0 0

Any ideas?
