Emulators for Zune?

Are there currently any working emulators that have been released for zune?

Nope. Game Boy and NES emulators have been developed, but they're both unusably slow. You should be able to find them in this forum if you want to contribute to their development, but emulator engines are incredibly complicated and there are only so many ways to speed them up. I tried to rewrite the NES emulator's engine, but I pretty much gave up after I realized how complicated the graphics engine is and how difficult it would be to make it any faster.

Even the ZX Spectrum emulator was too much for the Zune. I think the only emulator that would work would be an Atari emulator...
