Zune Games Popularity
If a person buys an iPod over a Zune, they probably don't know that Zune has free games, and that they could develope some. Why doesn't the Zune website advertise that? Also, do what you can to advertise this website, because the more people, the more games, and support for games.

Well... XNA Game Studio 3.0 is still not fully released, so they will probably start promoting it when it is fully released.

If the xna team has said anything about what will be in the official 3.0 release, it would most likely be found on their blog.
XNA Team Blog as of now, i don't know of any updates on it.

ppl, Microsoft does not care about the games. They just want to push "The Social". Nothing else.

Microsoft can't advertise the games until the games are publicly released. Community Tech Preview means that, a preview. Look at the EULA, it's clear they don't want it too big yet

I'm guessing the zune doesn't advertise games because 1) You have to do a lot of extra things just to get the games on your zune (xna, c#, etc.) and a lot of people are too dumb to figure it out, or are just to impatient to even get halfway through it so they quit trying 2) Zune games fail miserably in comparison to Itouch games/apps. Sure, some of them cost money, but why do you think? Or you could just jailbreak it and get the stuff for free. And I highly doubt that someone is going to buy an Ipod Nano or a Classic for the games, so i doubt they could care less about them if they just want to listen to their music.
