If I was you I would create your own character sprites and enemies instead of using copyrighted ones

Your sprites are copyrighted, it is illegal with out the consent of nintendo.

cuz i honestly doubt tht nintendo is gonna hunt me down, and even if i have
to stop "developing" it, im still gonna make it at my house.

It doesnt matter whether or not they hunt you down, If you coded this game then I downloaded it and post it on another forum as my own work, how would you feel?

Im sure it is a good game, we are just telling you that you should change your sprites..

And im not going to take your game lol, I code my own.

I think this could be pretty fun, but I do agree that you should create your own sprites or get some made for you. What is the gameplay like? Do you just move up and down and then shoot towards the right to hit the enemies? Or do you get free motion walking around? Both could be pretty fun little games.

right now me and my bro are thinking about if
we want it to be a free walk around,or a stand still
and yes the idea is tht you would be able to kill the
"monsters"and then score points.
possibly?!?!
lol, but i cant draw good sprites so
unless i get some from some one or some where
this game might not become available on zune boards
which would make me a sad sad panda

Well there are lots of free sprites in the world. You just have to find them and make sure they are free. Here is a page full of totally free sprites: XNA Development: Game Development for the masses

You could probably snag the little wizard and fireball sprites from there. Then just pick one of the other things for an enemy.

There's also a little typo in your logo that you should probably correct. "Zelda Sooter"?

And isn't it the wrong aspect ratio for the Zune's screen?

well sorry guys...
im gonna replace all the sprites, and change the name.
hopefully i can change them with no probs. but for me, im gonna
keep zelda SHOOTER(=]) for myself and not release it to public.
