Brake-Beat [help!]

i've had an idea for a game in my head ever since they first announced games on the zune and as far as i know it is possible with XNA

i can do graphics for the game and i know EXACTLY what i want the game too look like (down to every last graphic) but i can not program to save my life, so i was wandering if you guys could help..

gameplay
the game is music based...
there are 3 columns, in each column notes come down to the bottom of the screen. with the D-pad you must hit the notes as they hit the circle at the bottom (left, center, and right)..
with the touch pad you controll a block that moves left to right and must catch the notes as they come down (similar to audiosurf.)
there would be certain 'glowing' notes you must catch to fill up a bar and when the bar is filled up you either press up on the d pad or rub your finger in a circle on the touch pad to activate the 'brake-beat' when activated the notes will slow down and give you double points.

the players would be given a certain set of songs. as i am hoping to make this game have more of an urban-trance feel to it the songs would all be in the techno genre..


like i said, i know EXACTLY what i want the game to look like and i can supply you with the graphics but i need someone to program for me..

i am hoping this idea is interesting enough to catch your attention and maybe help me
