What does it do?
Deployed but it doesn't do anything useful from what i see. I can't click on "Games"

Its not a game, Its a menu system you can integrate into your own games, instaed of writing your own menu system

Yeah he pretty much summed it up. It's a menu frontend for not having to write your own menus in C# for game development and I think it was made by SimReality.

Actually Tiptup300 made it. I just went in and made the code a little cleaner, added some options to it, and made things a little easier to use (since I wanted to use it for Scrambled Albums).
