Is this a problem? (with the games Ive downloaded)

I've downloaded a few games and whenver I try to exit any of them, the entire zune restarts (with the zune logo screen and the little load bar at the bottom). Should I be concerned?

It does this for everybody, this is a beta, and should be fixed by the next XNA release.
