We are currently recruiting for both experienced and inexperienced developers for the XNA game studio.

We have set a few requirements for applications:
  1. You MUST have knowledge in a .NET-compliant language.
  2. You MUST have over 10 posts to apply.
  3. You MUST have enough free time to stay active on ZuneBoards.
  4. You MUST be willing to collaborate with other team members and work together.

If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining, please reply to this thread with the following:
  1. Name / Nickname
  2. Age
  3. Amount of freetime per day
  4. Known Programming Languages (if any):
  5. Short Bio on your past experiences with XNA game studio (if any):
  6. Why should you be able to join the team?

3. if i dont have work that day around 1 to 4ish
4. VB, very basic C++, basic C#

Oh yea, forgot to mention. All current zB Programmers and H&M members are already in the developers team.

3. dunno but more than enough
4. C++, C#, Java, Prolog
5. Games development project at uni, had to look into emerging tech and i chose XNA made a simple tile based game with XNA not much but it worked.
6. I think i could offer some game development help seen as i am a games dev in real life

i suppose that i should as seen as im in the UK i can only collaborate on the forums but prob not the games although i will be working in my spare time to make some games for the zune

Get XNA and get Crack a' Lackin' there is plenty of tutorials to help you get into it

When I try to install XNA it will not recognize that I have C# Express 2008 installed, I will try again though because that was when XP SP3 was on my comp and now I am back on SP2

BTW, the web browser prospect is impossible due to limitations in the XNA framework. We've already tried to get it on the 360.

3. During school the average time per day is around 2 hours. During the summer it's probably up to four.

4. C#, VISUAL Basic, Basic, rudimentary Java and I'm learning C++

5. I just downloaded XNA 2.0 once I learned about the Zune games so I'm fairly familiar with it by now.

6. Programming is one of my main interests right now along with gaming and my Zune so the chance to involve all three of these interests excites me.
