Smoothies
1/2 cup Whole Milk 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt 1 Banana (in small pieces) 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup fresh fruit or frozen fruit, thawed (Strawberries work best) *Optional amount depends on what it is. Throw in those health food additives such as protein or creotine to your smoothies before you work out or just to add some more to your smoothie. This works great with my frozen foods post so you can use those not so everyday fruits that they dont sell in the frozen food section such as kiwi, or starfruit. Here is the link. How to freeze foods. How to Make: Use a blender to mix together. Estimated Time 5 min tops. |

This is a copy and paste... but my cousin was the one who posted it
and she makes it all the time.. so i think this is fair correct?* 1 (10 ounce) package mini twist pretzels * 5 cups toasted oat cereal * 5 cups crispy corn cereal squares * 2 cups salted peanuts * 1 (14 ounce) package candy-coated milk chocolate pieces * 2 (11 ounce) packages white chocolate chips * 3 tablespoons vegetable oil DIRECTIONS 1. Line 3 baking sheets with waxed paper or parchment. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine mini pretzels, toasted oat cereal, crispy corn cereal squares, salted peanuts, and candy-coated chocolate pieces. Set aside. 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil on medium-high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. 4. Spread onto prepared baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container. (hint for more deliciousness try to add different kinds of chocolate besides white choclate it taste pretty good with just Hersey's chocolates also ) about 10-20 mins

Grats on 1k posts (or 1.4k now)!
I make this when my Boyfriend's friends come over. They all love it. fiesta cheese dip: +1 lb ground beef +1 pack shredded cheese (I use the craft mexican mix but you can use whatever) +1 can rotel +1 jar salsa +1 can corn Optional: fresh bell pepper/chilies/whatever you want. experiment! Directions: 1. Brown the meat in a pan 2. while meat is browning combine the salsa and a few hand fulls of cheese in a pot over high heat. 3. open the rotel and corn. Drain the water out of both and combine with the salsa 4. Add more cheese. 5. The meat should be well on it's way to browning at this point. Add any of the optional things. And more cheese. 6. Add the browned meat in with the salsa/cheese mix and stir. 7. scoop into a bowl and serve with Scoops chips. time: about 15-20min Note: this is almost a meal in itself and the left overs heat up in the microwave amazingly!

Way to go 1000!
(100 more till past me) Title: Cheap Reese's! 1 Spoon (preverably large) 1 Container of Peanut Butter (smooth/creamy) 1 Container of Chocolate Syrup Preparation: 1. Take huge scoop of peanut butter but leave it on the spoon 2. Make depression in peanut butter 3. Fill depression with chocolate syrup (like a lake) 4. Like spoon clean so nobody can tell you have been eating straight peanut butter You probably shouldn't eat too many of these

Okay, Now this may seem simple but...
Tyson has these spicy chicken patties, they serve them in school. (Do not confuse this with the regular chicken patties!) If you take the spicy chicken patty and dip it in some nacho cheese, the result is absolutely orgasmic! My friend jimmy, who is rather fat, has eaten his share of food over the years, and he says it is the most delicious thing he has ever tasted. Even if I don't win this, try it!!!!

I guess I will post another two since there really isn't a limit. If there is then thats cool I will just post these anyway.
![]() TOMATOES WITH FRESH MOZZARELLA AND BASIL 4 lg. tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick 1/2 lb. fresh buffalo Mozzarella cheese, drained, patted dry, and sliced 1/4 inch thick 1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil Ground pepper to taste Garnish: Extra basil leaves On a salad plate, overlap tomato slices and Mozzarella cheese in an attractive pattern. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves; garnish with whole leaves. Pour olive oil over tomatoes and serve. Note: Use the ripest tomatoes you can find, peeled Italian plum tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes can also be used. Use only whole milk Mozzarella. You can find it in your local grocery store in the specialty cheese section. NOT Kraft must be fresh runs around $5 for a block. Balsamic vinegar or Vinaigrette can be used instead of olive oil. This can be kept up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. ETA: Less than 15 min. Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Tomato Soup Get this started before you make the grilled cheese since it takes a little longer. 1 Can Campbell's Tomato Soup 2 cups WHOLE milk *I think double check* 1. Get a medium sized pan. 2. Pour in the tomato soup and milk into the pan and stir them together just a little. 3. Turn on the heat to a simmer (low medium heat) so that the milk wont taste bad. 4. Stir every few min, until it comes to a slow boil. *At this time you should start making the grilled cheese.* Grilled Cheese 2 Slices of White Bread 2 Slices of Kraft Cheese (No Generics) 1/2 cm of butter per slice (if you have a non-stick skillet, if not use more butter but not much more) 1. Get your skillet and heat it up to med-high. 2. Get a small amount of butter and throw it on the skillet to check the temperature. If it sizzles and doesn't turn brown after 5 seconds then its perfect if it turns brown turn down the heat. If it doesn't sizzle then turn it up a little. 3. Now put 1/2 cm cut of butter on each slice of bread and throw one slice on the skillet butter side down. 4. Now put the two slices of cheese on the unbuttered side of the bread on the skillet, and place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese butter side up. 5. Wait for like 1 min and lift up the bread at an angle and look the underside for the bread to be a golden brown and flip it. if its not golden brown then leave it on the skillet for 30 second increments until it is. If its brown flip it and scratch off the burnedness with a butter knife. 6. Now do the same for the other side. ETA over 20 min only b/c the soup. Grilled Cheese only is 10-15 min. |

Isn't this supposed to be a snack not a meal? Do these recipes have to be homemade or can we just search the internet.
