I got 15/18 so that made me 83% dumb!? That website is the one that's dumb, it accepted all my faked information!!!

No because only one month has 28 days exactly, it is a simple question that gets misunderstood.
Simply because every month has 28 days in it, does not mean it is the only month with 28 days and then its over.
