Zune? When? What? WTF!?

Now that I know what "Zune" is, I am very interested in it. At first I thought this forum was about a game called Zune, but now I know its a similar product to iPOD. Being the newbie I am to Zune, I want to kno when is this going to come out, how much, and its features.

Price is like video ipod. Unfortunately I don't own a video ipod but maybe once the price goes down in the future or Zune can bring the market price down for both. Competition rules.

Zune is going to be similar to the Ipod but it will do more. I'm not quite sure on the pricing at this point but I know that its going to have some competition so it shouldnt be TOO expensive. Then again, you know Microsoft, Xbox 360 at $500.00. Its really not all that much better in my opinion. PSP was awful. you can bet it will come out more expensive than an Ipod but as it gets more popular they will budge on the pricing.

its going to be great. Save your money if you were thinking about an Ipod the Zunes screen ( from what I heard) is going to be bigger and the screen is going to be brighter than the Ipods.

So, what is the difference between an iPod and Zune? Based on the discussions I have read they seem very similar.
