Do you like football or soccer in the US way?

I love <3 football and play for a football team!

Soccer is a great sport. However, I can't deny the facts that American Football is a better sport.

I play it. I'm the goalkeeper, but if I don't get as much playing time as I think I deserve (considering I am the best goalie on the team... Don't ask, it's a horrible and long story) I'm changing positions.

I played soccer when I was a little girl, my parents were desperate

I still like to kick the ball sometimes. We don't have American Football here since we're in Europe

Soccer is awesome but I don't play it. The only time I really watch soccer and play it with friends is when the World Cup is going on. After it I just kinda loose interest in it..

I personally prefer soccer to football, but i prefer college football to soccer, so.. i cant say which i like the most fersure.
My only beef with pro football is how many people there are on a team, and how they all get paid big money. Id love to be an onside kick specialist, cuz some teams have them, and they come on the field maybe once or twice during the season but they must make something like six figures...

Or maybe a place kicker, cuz some team in the last week just signed one specifically for their playoff game, and he did a hell of a spot for that kick ???.

This is the reason i like soccer and college football, because they play with heart. In general, college sports are much more thrilling to watch because the players all have passion to win (e.g. Adam Morrison crying midcourt when Gonzaga lost) When you play someone millions to play, it becomes their job, and some of that fire is lost. Thats why college basketball is crazy to watch in March. Even though soccer players get paid millions, they still have some of that passion, and you can tell, cuz its so competetive.

People like Terell Owens make the game of football a little more complex than i think a sport should be, but i still like it somewhat.

Gun to my head, id say soccer is better.
