I think Firmware 1.4 charges zune faster. Time 2 test.

I do not shuffle.

I will do this again sometime from 0% - 100%, no interruptions, but i was very busy, and will be for the next week, but then i will retest and we will get some resutls.

I still have version 1.3 on my Zune. Should I drain it and measure the charge time so we have something to measure 1.4 against or should I not bother?

L.Ion batteries do not develop memories. Over time they lose their optimum charge capacity as all batteries do.

L.Ion also have built in circuits to prevent overcharging or too much discharge. You can learn all you want to know about the batteries at:
