Sorry to hear about your childhood, mine has sucked for the last 4 years. I'm not in anyway saying sex should be emotionless, because it shouldn't. I'm just saying as long as you love the person it shouldn't matter but you should always use atleast 2 forms of protection (condom and the pill are the easiest 2 to use) unless you and the other person are prepared to have kids and are already lving together/married. But tbh i think this thread will go round in circles...everyone has their own oppinions and own beliefs. I was brought up in a way where sex is just a thing 2 people in love do to express their feelings for each other, i know alot of people are brought up to the idea that sex is only for reproduction and should only be done after marriage. My point is we are all from different backrounds and brought up with different views and beliefs, which we are entitled to and at the end of the day if you feel like sex should be saved until after marriage then thats what you should do, regardless of what other people say/think.

I'm waiting until marriage, not just because i'm a christian, but because it's something that i want to share only with the person i know i am going to be with forever. that's why when i get marred, i will have dated that person for a long time, until we are both and ready, and know for a fact that we will never leave or cheat on each other.

Sex is great stop bad mouthing sex. It is a very healthy, natural act and labeling it as a sin is just another thing I have against modern religion. There are things you can do to prevent getting disease and getting pregnant and sex can be the safest thing in the world. Plus it is great exercise and an excellent way to relieve stress.

I think Sex before marriage is ok-being gay, do I have another option, ha. I think that being safe is extremely important so "wrap it up before you smack it up"

It's all part of growing up, it is a big deal in a relationship. Well if it's going to be a long one (marriage) and you should atleast know you enjoy sex with them before you make them the only option.

the dark is has a good point. its apart of life. yes it does say it in the Bible. but unless you are really religous it is just going to mess you up in the head. it depends on your age and how mature you are and if you are able to handle a relationship with sex. the first time hearts will be broken. for allot of women out there. the first for them the think they will marry and that is the one for them in reality you or only 15 or 16 and you dont really know about it. you just know that this goes here and it feels good and makes things weird.

statistics like this are bull ****, and irrelevant in a situation like this

those statistics include people who, i'm sure koolkidkorey15 wouldn't be grouped with.

you have to look at those divorce rates in more depth. and use stereotypes to generalize different groups of people.
