Zune doesnt display time

okay after researching online and stuff.
i've come to the conclusion that Zune doesnt display time at all..
same applies to Calendar Date.

what a piece of crap really. i hate when they forget or dont put small but important things as these.

yeah its not very necessary, but I'd like the option atleast right?

It almost makes me wonder, since sample songs are based on a timer and the reason we don't have a clock on our Zune goes hand in hand.
If someone could hack or even just change the time, then the songs 3 day period would never end. I could be off track, but this is just an idea.

funny thing is we're already talking about 3-a-day thing when we havent really done the wi-fi thing

that actually means it Does have a clock or at least a timer build into it.. maybe they add it to the firmware if we complain enough

My iRiver H340 on launch also missed the time function but as firmware was improving they build in a clock, date and calander...
now im using rockbox wich is giving even more functions and apps...

i guess they truely want to focus on the social thing

Its so crazy the Zune doesn't even have a frigging clock. No pre-loaded silly games = Fine. No Calendar = Fine. But No Clock?!?! Come on... I left my cellphone at home today, and I don't wear a watch, So all day everywhere I've been I've had to ask people what time it is. My monochrome 4th gen iPod could tell me the time. But my Zune that supports video playback as well as picture viewing can't display time.. Microsoft has till January 1st to satisfy me.

Yea, the time display thing has been a major feature they have missed... pretty disappointing.

dont worry, it will be updated with firmware
there r gonna be alot more features with firmware updates
