you know what realy anoys me is how every music player has to be compaired to an ipod (not as mutch memory as an ipod, dosent have any games like an ipod)
and do u know what realy realy realy anoys me is when u let people have a look at ur zune and they just asume that the round set of bottons in the middle spins LIKE A GOD DAM IPOD.

atleast us non ipod users dont have to faf about with itunes now that program was created just to piss people off...

I agree with you. Whenever I show mine to my friends or someone that doesn't know what a Zune is they are like "Wow, what a f'd up iPod." Then I show them what it can do and they are like "Wow, that's better then an iPod."

lol same here everytime I take out my zune around my friends there like "No Way! he has an iPod too!" and I'm like yeah right I would never buy that peace of trash!! at the end of the day they leave knowing what a zune is

omg sooooo true. I've converted people at my school.

I have to admit though... the first time I saw a zune at gamestop on display. I tried to change the volume by rubbing my thumb in a circle around the little D-pad.

When did iPod become the universal standard?
iPod whores say things like "Zune's the size of a brick"
But try and get radio, a bigger screen, and wi-fi into an iPod and see if it's still the same size!! IDIOTS....

But I like what I'm seeing here on this thread, I've made believers out of buddies of mine too...Zune is up and coming.....first they laughed at the Xbox and now look at it...the same will happen with Zune, I think...

iPoods stink!

i was siting on the bus waitin to go home from school n i waz lisen 2 ma zune then the person behind me said "what kind of ipod is that" grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

the funniest thing happend today me and my friend where at starbucks today sharing songs on our zune's when these group of ppl walked in and looked at us like wtf! and soon enough they pull out there iPod's nano so i imidiatly tought LoL!! so anyway two of them go to pick up there drinks but on the way there they start talking s**t about how zune sucks so me and my friend go sit by them and they still don't shut up so I tell my friend "hey send me that song that I like" and for 5 seconds there a calm silence at there table one of them turns around and asks hey you can share songs?? how!? i reply it has wi-fi enabled meaning wireless.......and I say hey I would share songs with you but you have an iPod........he turns around shamed of having a iPood LoL!

wow long story!

This shows how the iPod has COMPLETELY (not somewhat) monopolized the market for Mp3 Players. The iPod has the come the base standard of EVERYTHING. So when anything new comes out it's like "omg iPod copy!!!" Well I could say "omg Creative Zen Nano copy!" (lol they both play music)

Lol the Zune has acctualy made me MORE POPULAR lol. Everywhere I walk ppl are like "omg a Zune is that ures." And I'm like "Yea!"

I took out my Zune at my youth group today, which I really shouldn't be going to since I'm not in high school anymore, but anyway.

One kid said "That thing is huge!" I said "I know it's a Zune! And its better than an ipod.

Then this other kid (hes like twelve or thirteen or something) said this (and I nearly fell down laughing.) That better not be an ipod or else I'll have to puke all over you and it.

I said no, that it was a Zune. And he was happy.

Aaaaaaaarg, It makes me so mad I just went to Kosco and EVERY SINGLE SPEAKER was compatible wit ipod, and not one speaker for Zune

I have the same issue! Sure, a few have line in-jacks but then you have to deal with the awkwardness of seeing that ipod dock going unused, mocking you for having that zune. I did see some sweet speakers at wallmart I might check out later.
