Default Does anyone know if "Opera software" will Work on Zune


This "Opera software" Cliams that it can put Internet Explorer on ANY device.
I just wanted to know if this was on the Up & Up ...............
If anyone has chacked it out...

I have no idea where you got that proclamation from Opera, as for the web browsing, there is no third party software running on the Zune device yet! (aside from the Zune Linux project... which hasn't really shown anything).

Opera sucks...

go FireFox-open source!

Thats why I was asking/
I would think it would be big new by now though....

Opera and FF wont work on Zune, NO Web Browsing will. Zero, if you dont know what firefox is, you must be enlightened on Open Source.

If custom firmware is able to run on the device then there is a chance for a web browser. But until then there is no way to get one.

Opera sucks.....still sucks..will always suck...


Anyway, it got the Wi-Fi but there is still lots of modding to do to be able to get in a decent web browser in the Zune. If linux ever comes, it might introduce some type of web browser.
