Default Why isn't ZuneTV videos in Zune format!!!
My Zune software keep converting the videos downloaded from ZuneTv. What's the point of having the website if the videos aren't even in Zune format! Please make all your videos so that we don't have to convert it. Thank you!

Yes we still run VidsForZune.

I am not sure what the new owners will do about this problem.

It doesn't matter about Zune format, it will still say "converting" even though it is WMV or MPEG4

It does not convert video files if they are already in a format (meaning encoding, resolution, bit rate, etc.) that completely works for the Zune. If any aspect of the video is not "compatible", which happens to be most of the time, it will convert the video files. It is possible to have them in a correct format so that it will not have to convert them.

Actually, only 1/4 of the ones that I download actually sync to the Zune properly, which sucks.
