Sound problems with DigiGenius DVD to Zune Converter

Is somebody having this software ?
I can't figure it out what's the problem with this converter; anytime I was trying to use it (different DVDs!) the sound is fragmented and you cannot understand any sentence of that movie... I kept asking for help from those guys but I got no answer >

Can anybody give me some tips about this problem ???

unfortunately man, i've never used it.
what i can offer is make sure the profile settings are correct especially for audio.

-we can definetly help you if you run into problems with Cucusoft and such..they seem to be popular on this board
