Default How long does MicroSoft take to send stuff out?

I called Microsoft about my Zune headphones like 2 weeks ago.
The dude told me that it will take 3 days and still hasn't reached here.
I have no other headphones to use and my zune is gaining dust.

Does anyone else have a problem with zune battery. I got my zune the first day and the BATTERY sucks. It only last me like max 2 hours and that is it. And I only listen to music no videos.

The battery for me takes 7-9 hours to use it all up when listening to music. What are your settings at?

Also, are you sure he didn't say they will "ship it in 3 days", not the "product will be at your doorsteps in 3 days"?

He said it should be at my doorsteps in 3 days. If it does not come in tomorrow I will yell at them

I hate the battery power. I am going to complain about that too now.

Zune needs to add some games like In The Groove, that would be a good fit for zune.

My settings are all low.

Display light, 5 sec duration. then the screen goes off. and i have the screen set to low.

I don't know what else there is. all i know is that i lay down at like 2 and by 5 or 6am, my battery is toast.

And I suppose your Wireless is set to off. Something's wrong with your battery.

Lol, I was thinking the same thing (But Step Mania besides ITG)!! If the Zune will play Flash Games like MSFT said they would probably put in, then I'm sure the guys over at SM could put something together

As for your battery, my friend's friend has one that's the same as yours... the Zune has the notorious battery problem.

I think there have been "lucky" zunes and "unlucky" zunes. My zune lasts full advertised battery and have my brightness to medium and my equalizer to acoustic while I sit here wondering about the "unlucky" zunes. It's probably a problem, just like the xbox had with power problem. Microsoft products tend to suck a lot of juice, and that is a fact. Vista, sucks a lot of GPU/RAM power. Xbox sucks a lot of power supply power. Zune sucks a lot of battery power. ???

*note: when I said "suck" I mean leech in, not actually be "the suck"*

my zune lasts about 10 hours on music. At work we have it hooked up to a dock and it plays all day (8 hours) and ill listen to it in the car for my hour drive (30 minutes to work, 30 minutes home) and when i get home i still have some juice to listen to it or watch a little while of video. I don't really have any complaints for the battery in mine it works pretty good. Sorry in advance to the "unlucky" zuners
