Default Firmware Download Time
Hi Folks, does anyone know how long it takes to download the new firmware for the Zune ( rev 1.2). I bought a Zune this afternoon, and for the last 2.5 hours it's been downloading the new firmware. How long shoul this firmware download take?

no it should take minutes not hours.
unplug it and restart the computer and try again

Mine took somewhere between a minute and 10 minutes. Don't really remember.

Make sure your virus software isn't blocking the Zune software.
