Just curious to see how many people will be there on launch say (or soon after) to buy their Zune. I'm thinking of waiting a bit to see if the Zune takes off and if any new Zunes will be announced, because I don't want to be running around with obsolete hardware. How about you guys?

Not I. I never got a IPod either when they first came out! Spending $300 +/- just didn't make sense. I love listening to music but I guess not enough to warrent spending that kinda money.

man i might get one around November..hopefully even wait for Black Friday(Americans know what this is).
but not sure if they will knock a few dollars down for that..maybe they will, maybe they wont..atleast a few accessories wont hurt.

Ya, I want to get one as soon as possible, but I'm hesitant because an improved version or something of the like may come out soon after, and that would suck.

I'll probaby get one right away - then if an update comes out, the old one goe to my 15 yr. old boy, then the next update, the one I have at that time goes to my 12 yr old daughter - I'm helping the masses this way, right?

I'm going to try and get one the day it comes out. But my town isn't that large, so we don't always get things like this immediately.
