the little copper prongs on the inside of my zune bent when i pluged my sync cable in, so i cant charge or sync. I hope my mom has the receipt.

my mom straightened it, it charges but cant sync. no receipt in the typical store sense, but i printed an invoice from amazon, I could try that

Do this, or send it to Microsoft. Isn't there a 1 year warranty on it?

that was the plan, but i figure id need a receipt to prove the <1yr fact (because if you dont have a receipt they dont have to do jack, you could have stolen it ya know)

well you need to register your product first with microsoft to use the warranty. an amazon invoice should be fine man. try it.
