Zune on Discount?

Well.

If this story is true. Doesn't make me (OR probably the rest of you guys) Very happy at all, that I Paid full retail for mine.

One thing that did cross my mind is that it could probably be a knock off in Zune boxes. or they're refurbished or broke.

I paid full price knowing that eventually the price would go down, but I didn't think it would be this soon. I still may get one for the wife especially if I could find it at that price. With Creative in trouble and looking to sell ipod accessories rather than develope new players, I may completely switch to zune.

I got mine at circuit city as an open box(plastic wasnt even of the screen and it had never been charged) for $200. I then used a $40 off coupon to get it fro $160. I was happy for what I paid for it.

I paid $160 for mine too, brand new, a month ago off Craigslist.

The guy said he got it as a gift and needed the money to do a brake job on his truck. Don't know if I believed him, don't know if I care.

Yea, personally i wouldn't care either, though i tend to avoid craigslist.

I met him in person, and did the exchange. I also knew nothing funny was gonna happen, I brought my pit bull with me
