Best Music Video Settings- Cucusoft??

Hey guys, im just abt fed up with all this video nonsense, this is gonna be the third time ill b converting all my videos becuz at first i just had my videos under all videos, then i got dSharpie wmv metadata editor n i said ok time organize, so i had to convert everything to WMV all over, when i was finished with that, majority of my vids audio are out of sync! Wat's the best settings, i left them default or is there another way to fix this without having to reconvert all over? thanx (cucusoft works gr8 for my dvd to zune movies but not with other regular music videos) is there another program i cud try that may solve my problem? thanx

thanx man, does anyone else have other suggestion, do i really nd to take the original mp4 or mpeg music videos files n do them over?? can't i do something with the ones already in wmv format? fix them somehow?
