Is this seriously being discussed? There is absolutely no study that even begins to prove the notion that penis size is linked to ethnicity.

It's not really science. It has never seriously been surveyed. There have only been a handful of tests, but none of them were conclusive, and the sample sizes were usually too small (wow, that's a crappy and unintended pun).
Afterthought: Eh; I can always delete this post if I feel like it's too revealing, which it probably is.

I've never accurately measured myself (I just want to be able to say that truthfully which is why I've never done so), but I'm definitely over 14 cm. I used another method to indirectly measure it. Oh, and by the way, I'm Asian.

Actually, there was once a patent for measuring of volume using a water-filled cylinder, and volume is more important anyways. Quite accurate.
